I attained injuries while training for a marathon and a friend suggested I see Zack Boyle. He created a program and helped me to achieve my goal and I completed my 1st marathon comfortably and uneventfully. He was professional, knowledgeable and being a runner himself, he understands the runners’s problems and created personalized program for me.

In 2021 I had a water skiing accident that resulted in three hip surgeries over the course of 3.5 years. As a former collegiate heptathlete, this injury was devastating and life altering. In total, I was non weight bearing for 9 months with extremely limited mobility restrictions in place. Taylor was my physical therapist for two of my three surgeries, and is a huge reason I am where I am today. Throughout my athletic career, I’ve had plenty of injuries that put me in physical therapy. Hands down, Taylor has been the most knowledgeable, creative, and encouraging I’ve worked with. He focuses equal attention on what can be done physically along with mentally, and was a constant source of motivation for both. Even when my body was not healing and exercise progression was not an option, Taylor knew the importance of movement for me and got me working muscle groups that were not impacted by my injury. As I healed, we celebrated every small win/improvement. My physical therapy appointments turned into a community, one that I will forever be grateful for. Now, four years later I am back to competing in triathlons, hiking, and running faster than I was pre-injury. So much of this can be attributed to Taylor and the programs he put me on. There is no question why he was the first recommendation from my hip surgeon, and my first call when I have questions. I was/am very fortunate to have worked with him!
